Decal Converter 1. Get your spray ready. 2. Download Decal Converter. I will be using version 1.3 for this tutorial. You may use any program that converts pictures to wad files. Some alternatives are Wally or Hl Logo Creator. 3. Open Decal Converter, and choose your image. 4. After adjusting your width and height, Click on Decal>Make Decal. 5.
