About Us In 2006, Lee Connors founded Buckeye IT. After growing this IT staffing and consultant business, Lee formed Buckeye Sports Management, working with several former OSU Athletes who run non-profits. These relationships, led to many more introductions and many more clients. It also led to the concept we embrace of "small business, helping small business".
