About Chris's Candy Well, believe it or not, it started out as a ten minute toffee recipe that someone gave me when I was at a potluck for my artwork showing. I tried duplicating it and since I really wasn't a chef, I did the best I could, but it didn't taste or work out like the one I tasted at the potluck! So, I tried and tried to make it, but alas, it still wouldn't work, so I gave up trying, but still liking the way the batches were coming out.
