East Troy Area History The East Troy Area Historical Society (ETAHS) exists for the purpose of educating the public about the history of East Troy , Troy , Troy Center , La Fayette, Spring Prairie, and the Troy Lakes area, and for preserving artifacts from these communities for the benefit of all of its citizens.
