Why Market to celebrate?

I read the weekly technical chart of Nifty. Technically, the undertone of market is bullish; contrary to bearish sentiment. I am certain that technically, this time, the market will not pull back to breach its previous weekly low. Nifty has not pulled back more than twice in any instance. That two pull backs have already happened and there should not be any more pull back before reaching its earlier high.
