About Us The company is first established at 1976 in Istanbul Oto Industrial Region by the registered trade-mark of MAK-ELSAN. The owner of the company is Mech. Eng. Urhan KURTULUŞ. In 1986 it moved it's production plant to city Aydın. In 1991, the firm is located at a 4.000 m2 area at the place of ASTIM Organized Industrial Region.
