POSITIVE Mood lift: You become more relaxed and less stressed out. Things don't bother you as they would usualy. You feel as in your in a more of a calm world, but do no take this too literly. Weed does not make you see anything or act dangerous. It only makes you feel calmer and better. Relaxation, stress reduction: Pretty much as stated above. You just feel better.
