Helping Pet Owners.In Your Neighborhood! The HSBC Vetmobile is a mobile veterinary wellness and adoption center serving Southeastern Pennsylvania. Many pet owners in our area lack the means to bring their animals to one of our two hospitals for routine treatment, so we devised a means to get that treatment to them.
