Professor Geshe Ngawang Samten (R), director and vice chancellor of the Central Institute of Higher Tibetan Studies, presented their 2006 English translation of 14th-century Tibetan philosopher Lama Tsong khapa’s text Ocean of Reasoning to His Holiness the Dalai Lama.
