About Us Little Paws Canine Rescue's home office is located in Rogers, AR. Our organization was founded in 2008 by our director, Ronnie Rook. Mr. Rook is a avid advocate for animals rights in general. His lifelong dedication and compassion for the protection and welfare of all canine breeds lead to the formation of this rescue group.
