How It Started It began in 1974 when five young men from the Maesglas council estate, who were fed up with there same boring routine which awoke to them every Saturday decided to form a football team. The 'famous five' were Clive Jones, brother Geoff ,Clifford Griffiths, Steven Davies and Dennis Jones. They applied to the Cardiganshire League for membership and this was granted.
