Heres the scoop. I have an Uncle Named Mark Steven Monroe. I was told that he's not been seen or heard from since 1977. His older brother Gregg Monroe has given me all the info he could. His mothers name was Mary Lou Monroe, she since has been married once more. His fathers name was Steve Monroe they lived in Monterey(I think) California while they were married.
