The Myth of Math I'm sure many of you who've gotten this far are incredulous. After all, we all know math "works". We can add 3 apples to 2 oranges and we know we have 5 pieces of fruit. And you are correct. We can see this with our own, God given eyes. But there is a very important think to keep in mind. We know math works because we can verify it with our own senses.
