Rustoleum Instructions (from label on can) Painting Conditions: Use when temperature is above 50o F (10o C) and humidity is below 85% to ensure proper drying. Do not apply to surfaces that exceed 200o F (93o C) or galvanized metal. Preparation: Remove loose paint and rust with a wire brush or sandpaper. Lightly sand glossy surfaces.
