About Us

About Mr. Cooper Hugh Cooper is a physical education teacher with Noble Public Schools. He has taught P.E. and social studies in both elementary and middle schools during his more than twenty years in the classroom. Hugh has been a softball and football umpire and a referee for many years. He is a member of the Oklahoma Softball Hall of Fame.
