BS-DOS: REC - offline disk database recorder

Another small application for BS-DOS. This time offline disk database recorder. I made it because I have complete mess on my CF card. 4800 files and the CF card is still nearly empty. I lost track what sources are where and due to that I decided to make this off-line database suited for my beloved Psion (or PC if you want). Enjoy.
