Dean’s Speech at Ms Ng Suan Eng’s Retirement Dinner Ms Ng joined the University in 1981, first as Assistant Registrar (Registrar’s Office), then Assistant Director (ULO) and Deputy Director (ULO), before crossing over as Deputy Director OSA in 1997.
