Aspirations

Aspirations Who is it for? It was agreed that the garden should be for everyone. The consensus was that if possible the residents group should be in charge of opening and locking the gate as well as for some of the maintenance of the garden. This would need to be negotiated with the library service and their current maintenance contractor. What will it be used for?
