All Kinds of New Stuff

Alrighty then, I've added a bunch of stuff. First, I added the the Character History table, putting in Cap'Taine's stuff, and adding a couple notes. Second, I assigned absolute dates to the events in the main History table. Third, I added a new forum for guests. There are a few people who aren't playing, but are checking out the site.
