RestrictToPermitedSnapIns There are somo viruses that make Dword code on the computer's registry (Regedit). They force your computer to deny your access to the MMC's. This may be a giant problem since, no every one knows were this code is. Some people only know were the gpedit.msc trigger is, however sometimes this code also locks gpedit.msc itself.
