LINGAYEN, Pangasinan, Feb. 25 (PNA) - The Pangasinan provincial government has joined the Commission on Elections (Comelec) in the strict enforcement of election rules and laws regarding the publication, broadcast or posting of political advertisement or propaganda materials.
