About the Management/Owner Puting Baybay is one of the two operating resorts in Puraran. The family Tresvalles-Estrada (both locales of Baras, Catanduanes) owns the place until it was handed down to their heirs. Heiress Cecila Tresvalles Estrada acquired almost a hectare for her share. After she was married to Rudy Torrecampo Soria Sr. (locale from Bato, Catanduanes), the couple bought another share and began to run the trade since the early of 1980’s.
