Renovation of residential building in Aarhus

The proposal for renovation of 100 years old multi storey building in the downtown of Aarhus. The main idea was to create some additional space and facilities for the tenants, since the existing building was not designed for the present living standards. Bank loan and increased rent to cover it, formed the main part of the project budget. Therefore it was decided to follow the most simple and efficient design idea.
