Coffee-Rubbed Cheeseburgers with Texas BBQ Sauce

I was a little nervous about making this coffee rub, considering that we don't really have any coffee drinkers in the house. I thought the flavor would be a bit too overpowering. Boy, was I wrong. The consensus is that these are the best burgers ever. I'm thinking about putting this spice rub on some chicken and using the sauce for dipping. This recipe courtesy Bon Appetit magazine.
