South Central Athletic Improvement Fund Committee The South Central Athletic Improvement Fund Committee (SCAIFC) is a not for profit organization. SCAIFC was formed to assist the efforts of the SC Athletic Department. 100% of profits could benefit any athletic program in need of equipment above the usual and customary equipment supplied by the athletic department.
