About Us SEED PROVIDERS is a 501c3 organization, located in Conyers, Georgia. We serve students throughout Georgia. Seed Providers Organization was established in 2004, by Diane Saucier, Program Director. Ms. Saucier was inspired to create the program due to her own personal experience, assisting none violate offenders most of them have been failed by an educational system and yes parents as well that wouldn't or couldn't put them as the priority over work or their life.
