UC Crew Battle

There is talk of yet another Davis vs Berkeley crew battle. The details have not been finalized, but here's what we have at the moment: -Davis has decided to host -Berkeley needs representatives; a 10-person crew is ideal -Davis has offered housing if needed -Berkeley is in need of transportation. We would probably use the Amtrak to and from, in which case everyone would have to pay for their individual ticket. -Davis proposed holding the event on Feb 23rd.
