CIP150 is the new name given to the recently revised pre-seed fund from Cradle Investment Programme (CIP), a funds provider managed by Cradle Fund Sdn Bhd, under the auspices of the Ministry of Finance (MOF). Since 2003, the pre-seed fund has been providing conditional grants of up to RM50,000 to groups of individuals.
