What is a Property Guild? Our Property Guilds are the fractional ownership of the freehold (or “bricks and mortar” and 'leasehold' in the case of flats/apartments) of a property. Owners share the responsibilities, costs and occupational rights to their property. An owners 'share' or 'fraction' can be sold at any time. How many owners would there be?
