What would a celebrity president do?

I wonder what celebrities would do if they were President of the U. S. Let's take Dr. Seuss for example. He would probably rewrite the Constitution but with poetic phrases and interesting creatures, such as "We the people, and our fellow meeple, in order to form a more perfect runion…" Any new buildings in Washington, D.C. would be in a weird kind of architecture that makes no sense at all.
