Meet our Staff Dr. R. B. Dow, senior pastor R. B. Dow grew up in Charlotte. He has a BA from Furman University, a Masters of Divinity, with honors from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, and a Doctor of Ministry from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary. He and his wife Pat were married in 1977 and served together as short term missionaries to the Philippines and Hong Kong before moving to West Germany in 1979, where R.B. headed Campus Crusade’s European music ministry.
