Such is the level of wisdom that is imparted in food author Michael Pollan's interesting (and fun!) dietary do's and don'ts. Pollan, whose books focus on various forms of food production, agribusiness, nutrition and diet, requested readers to submit their dietary rules, of which he received thousands.
