Services What to expect The first time you come for a consultation at Vital Spirt Natural Health I spend up to forty five minutes with you undertaking a detailed case history. I will ask questions about your medical history, the medications you take, your family history, your lifestyle and specific questions relating to the health problem you are presenting with.
