Katahdin Hike

Earlier this weekend we hiked Mt. Katahdin, the tallest mountain in Maine. We left at noon on Friday, and made the near 100 mile journey to the Katahdin Shadows Campground in Medway. We all went to bed early because of the early morning ahead. But despite the early trip to bed it was awhile before we had fallen asleep. We all lay awake in anticipation of the journey that we were soon to undertake. Once asleep the morning came far to soon. The 4:00 O' clock morning produced many strange hairdos… More information...
