Welcome to our website Welcome to the Glens united Action Group web page. We are a local community group from the glens area of Forfar in Angus Scotland. We set up in the spring of 2005 to help better the area we live in, by tackling anti-social behaviour, improving the look of the area through landscaping and raising funds to help the kids in the area have better facilities to play. Advice drop in sessions
Every 2 weeks on a Tuesday advice drop in sessions will take place in the community flat. A member from the housing department will be there to answer any questions you may have and to take note of any issues/ complaints you may have. Community football match

Street Football
Every Wednesday during the winter 6pm-8pm the Cafe Project and the Glensunited action group run street football in Glenogil terrace Forfar. Youth group
We are looking at setting up a youth drop-in for the local youths. Some of the ideas put forward include buying a pool table for use by the everyone. Jumble sale
During the week 21st- 25th July 2008 a jumble sale was held at the community flat. There were various items for sale such as baby clothes, bric-a brac, books etc. the sale was a great success and helped raise money to run the community flat and put towards future projects.… Read more
