The FHA Hope for Home Owners Program IS LIVE! Over 400,000 homeowners will be helped by a new loan program offered by the Federal Housing Administration, starting October 1st 2008. President Bush signed the bill into law earlier this year. The goal of the bill is to assist those in foreclosure, close to foreclosure or those with high interest rate loans who need to lower their housing payments and keep their homes.
