What Is Measure WW? Measure WW is a proposed $500 million tax on the residents of Alameda and Contra Costa Counties. Its proceeds would benefit the East Bay Regional Park District, typically abbreviated to "EBRPD". Measure WW will be on the November ballot.that's just over two weeks away!
